Roast Policy

Our coffee tastes best at least 7 days from roast date.

Orders will be dispatched using stock roasted within a maximum of 7 days prior to the order being placed.

You may receive coffee roasted on the day of your order being placed, we strongly recommend resting this coffee for 7 days before opening.

Round Hill Roastery operates in this way to ensure you taste the coffee the way we do in the Roastery, without having to wait for the following weeks production schedule.
